Debit Cards

  • Free Instant Issue Visa Debit Card with any checking account or savings account
  • 1 free ATM withdrawal per account per statement and $1 charge for additional withdrawal at NON-Pinnacle Bank ATMs. Standard limits apply.

Identity Protection with Deluxe Provent

We offers a suite of identity theft protection services through Deluxe Provent. For a low monthly fee, you may choose the identity and fraud protection service that best meets your needs, including prevention, detection, and restoration.

Enrollment is Easy

  1. Visit to view the various options.
  2. When registering, enter the Pinnacle Bank Routing Number - 111312535
  3. You’ll be taken through the steps for enrolling and activating your membership. That is all there is to it!


Two-Way Text Alerts

With Pinnacle Bank fraud monitoring, keeping your card safe is as easy as sending a text message.

No enrollment is necessary. When our fraud system suspects a transaction may be fraudulent, it will immediately send a text requesting verification that a transaction is valid. 


What if the suspected transaction is valid?

Simply respond YES and send the reply


What if the suspected transaction is fraudulent?

Simply respond NO and send the reply. The card will be immediately blocked, and no other transactions will be completed until you contact us. 


What if I do not respond to the text message?

If you do not respond by text, the system will then attempt to contact by phone or email. 


From what number will the text messages be sent?

The short code for these text messages is 37268
